EDUCATED AND ENGAGED CHILDCARE WORKER

We are looking for an educated childcare worker with solid experience and a great curiosity for a developing working method. The position involves working with mixed-age groups of children aged 1-5 years in close collaboration with two dedicated colleagues in the department.

• Have a strong identity in your childcare role
• Have extensive experience, especially in preschool
• Know what the Preschool Curriculum entails
• Digital competence is prioritized
• If you have worked with projects, themes, and pedagogical documentation, we prioritize that.
• Speak and write Swedish, as you will need to write certain documents.
• Are confident in collaborating with guardians
• Are cooperative, flexible, and solution-oriented

• Your Application
• We want you to illustrate your own work for us, e.g., WHAT and HOW you think and work pedagogically and creatively with the children.
• We also want you to tell us a little about yourself, your personal qualities, age, where you live, and a bit about your life and family situation.
• At least two references and salary expectations should be included in the application
